Code an AI capable of applying art styles to a picture

Learn the basis of generative adversarial networks (GANs) by teaching a machine a particular art style (Van Gogh, Picasso, Rembrandt, etc) and making it “transfer” the style to another picture by using neural style transfer techniques.
